It is strange that a replacement battery costs more than I originally paid for the cordless drill and its battery. I think they must sell the tool at a loss in order for you to keep having to buy batteries for it. I bought a cordless drill that came with a flashlight and another tool using this style battery. I took very good care of the battery but it has not lasted as long as batteries of other cordless tools I have owned.
They have served me well for years. Again more lost time, and more of my MONEY spent. I love the Roybi Line of Products. Heidisdad was correct in saying that a twin pack for the Roybi 18 Volt is cheaper at Home Depot also if I have a problem, I just bring it back, and get a new Battery or Refund. Ben Ferrante Also I don't have to pay for S&H charges. I don't have to wait for lost time in getting mail order batteries. Also If there is a problem with the mail order Roybi mail order return I have to pay S&H to send it back.
Go there. Thought I was getting a 2 pack, turned out to be just 1 battery. You can get a 2 pack at Home Depot for less than $50.
